In Pontocho, Sofudo Ushi no Hone procures fresh produce from contracted farmers in Kyoto and all over Japan.
Japan's one major characteristic are the four seasons.
Food that can be enjoyed in spring, summer,
autumn, and winter are all quite different.
To take advantage of these ever-changing seasonal
foods, we strive to keep the cooking simple.
Since we use organic vegetables in season,
they are most delicious and
will make your trip very memorable.
